METAL PRIMARY FRAME – consists of 3 parts, is fabricated during the erection of a door directly before the installing. Is fixed to the wall with 14 metal bolts.

DOWELS (IRON RODS) – provide secure fixing of the primary frame to the wall.

MAIN FRAME – all welded, made of metal profiles of complex construction. Painted with electrostatic paint. Is fixed to the primary frame with 8 screws through floating inserts.

STEEL PANEL – constructed with the aim of providing a higher degree of protection, is made from entire steel leaf with stiffening ribs along the perimeter.

INNER PANEL – inner steel panel consists of two special steel frames for improving door stiffness.

SAFETY FRAME – is settled on the steel panel for additional safety of lock system.

INSULATION – between the two steel panels there is insulation material penopolisterol that guarantees a high degree of insulation (48dB) from heat and sound. Certified.

LOCK – ESTA doors are equipped with CISA lock system. We offer several types of lock systems according to the model of the door.

MANGANESE STEEL PLATE – they are used on all ESTA doors for better security and prevent drilling-out of locks.

DIVERTERS AND WEDGES – protect the door from being pulled out. GRIFF system includes hook-ended wedges that prevent from mechanical force opening.

GRIFF SYSTEM – particular feature of ESTA doors is the system of diplane locking GRIFF: while blocking the lock the steel hooks GRIFF fix upright inside the frame. This system prevents the door from force opening with the most widespread way – pressing-out the panel of the frame.

CONTROLLED OPENING – special device of partial opening allows the door open only by 10sm.

STEEL LOCKING RODS – fixed on the steel panel at the side of hinges, 5 steel locking rods enter corresponding holes in the door frame and resist the attempts of lifting the door panel.

STEEL HINGES – with adjustment possibilities on a three dimensional plane to provide equal distribution of load.

DECORATIVE FACING PANEL – produced from the excellent veneering material.

ALUMINIUM PROFILE – provides secure fixing of decorative panels and protects them from mechanical damage along the perimeter.

FURNITURE – ESTA uses special furniture for steel doors.

FIXED DOORSTEP – installed on the lower part of the door it gives additional stiffness to the main frame and covers the void.

STEEL LIGHT – entrance door with glass.

STEEL SD R – two-leaved symmetrical to STEEL R.

STEEL AD R – two-leaved asymmetrical to STEEL R.
