The panel is made of entire steel leaf with stiffening ribs along the perimeter. From inner part it is reinforced with two stiffening frames, and also with the frame, covering the lock-wedge niche. Such construction does not allow tearing the leaf in point of welding and bending its edges. One distinctive feature of ESTA doors is the system of diplane locking GRIFF: while closing the lock, steel hooks GRIFF are pushed from horizontal wedges and fix vertically inside the frame. This device prevents the door from opening with the most widespread way – pressing-out the panel from frame. Generally, ESTA is a secure protective system that corresponds to all standards and rules, presented to such constructions.
LOCKS The locks of Italian company CISA, which has approved itself as a producer of secure and high-tech locks, are used in all ESTA doors. The most number of doors are equipped with safety locks CISA CAMBIO FACILE and CISA REVOLUTION, and cylinders CISA ASTRAL. Double bit key locks, installed on ESTA doors, are implemented with the system of recoding, and it is possible to erect a lock with locking mechanism. For convenience of its clients, ESTA company has developed exclusive models of foldable keys for lock systems CISA. They have compact and aesthetical design and are comfortable in use.
